The La Casita tradition began in 1965 where founder of La Casita, Carmen Rosales, always enjoyed preparing Mexican dishes while perfecting classic family recipes to share with and pass down to her children. In 1981, Carmen and Alfredo moved to the High Desert and opened the original La Casita Mexican Restaurant in the City of Victorville. In 1983, Carmen's daughter; Lola Rosales Compean opened La Casita Cafe in the City of Hesperia.
Since 1983, La Casita Cafe has built reputation of excellent customer service and serving great tasting Mexican food at reasonable prices. Our recipes are authentic and our food is always prepared fresh each day. The original La Casita in Victorville has since been sold and operating under a new name. La Casita Cafe is the only remaining family owned and operated La Casita in the High Desert. We thank you for your continued support and patronage! See you soon!
